Thai Boxing (Muay Thai) is known as the art of 8 limbs, namely feet knees fists and
elbows. The training of Thai Boxing over the last 30 years have adopted many western
boxing training regimes (like skipping) and some hands skills. But overall is keeps
to its tradition in the Thai style, and is a profound fighting art. One can learn
Thai Boxing and become a good fighter and competent in self defence is a relatively
short time. Its also a great way to get fit. Basically all you may need to know is
about 10 to 15 skills with a possible combination of thousands to become proficient.
Later you can add on more advanced skills as you improve.
